lets make it 9-0

OK, sorry for the late post, but my schooling at University is, sadly , more important. So, I'm sorry if there has been a delay, I'm a busy person.

Buffalo Sabers 10/23/2015

After a flight down to Buffalo, what more can I say? The Hab's are on Fire. Mike Condon is a great back up goalie; they're amazing. This is the team that we all know and love. Weise started the scoring by launching a quick one past Johnson, and then the goals started to pour down the hill. Gally, Mitchell, and Marky (Markov) all got goals in the 2nd after Moulson and O'Rilley scored. After the 2nd it was 4-2. The 3rd saw Gally and Weise get one more goal each,  and Patches put another notch on his stick, making the game 7-2.
The Stars of the night went to 3rd P.K. Subban, 2nd to Gallagher, and the 1st Star went to the Silent Russian, Andrei Markov.

Toronto Maple Leafs 10/24/2015

Bell Centre- The dreaded rivals, the maple leafs, tested the boys. Pricer show downed against Bernier. And I'll jump straight to the first goal, P.K. Subban put his first goal of the season up, and showed his strength. The 2nd period saw Eller, Davey, Patches, and Gally all point up the board. With a total of 2 unanswered goals get scored. The team is now just teasing us. Komarov and JVR all got lucky and put 2 in. After 40 minutes, the score was 5-2. The last goal of the game came off of Morgan Rielly making the game 5-3.
The game ended with the Hab's improving to 9-0-0. Setting them one win away from a league record. The Stars went to all Hab's, which is so nice to see. 3rd star went to Patches, 2nd to Pricer, and the 1st star went to P.K. Subban.

Outlook

The next blog will consist of the Canucks, Oilers and Flames game. Stay safe Hab's fans, #GoHabsGO

This winning HAB-bit, (you see what I did there ?)

St. Louis Blues 10/20/2015

So um, yeah to be honest, I wasnt expecting to do a blog post tonight, just take a night off, work on homework but after the game is saw I feel compeled to simply say... HAB'S WIN 3-0 AND CONTINUE 7-0-0!!!!
Yeah so now that my monologue is done. Price is proving his worth, stopping 38/38, and stopping everything that came his way. And the way the rest of the team played is so amazing, the chemistry is there, they know they are a family and will do anything that is legal to get the win. The scoring went along like this. The first goal went to the captain, Max is proving he is like Guy, LaFluer, Le Gros Bill, and both Richard brothers. With tonights goal, Patches earned his 5th goal and started the steamroller that is Hab's dominance. Semin and Torrey both recorded a goal each and helped teammates get more point totals.
All the stars went to the boys tonight, 3rd to Torrey Mitchell, 2nd to Max and 1st star goes to suprise, suprise, Carey Price. Well the next game is Friday in Buffalo, So Eichel gets to meet a brick wall? We'll

6-0!

Who would have thought we'd see this? Well, maybe us young folks can say that. Considering how most of us have only heard stories of the Hab's best records, like loosing only 6 games all season. But what can we take from this? Maybe a perfect season? Well, maybe that's too much. But it allows us to see how our boys are doing. With Pricer in the net and and the rest out blocking and scoring, this is gonna be a great team. Any way that's my opening rant, get use to them, its time for the recaps.

New York Rangers 10/15/2015

This is what I call karma. Hab's win 3-0, with the home opener at the Bell Centre. Price became the brick wall that we know he is. The start of the game included the ceremony of passing the torch. Former Captain Guy Carbonneau passed the torch to Patches, and from there he passed it to the entire team. Thomas Fleischmann lit the lamp first in the 2nd period. Davey Desharnais recorded 2 assists In the game. The karma that I mentioned early happened. Carey Price checked Chris Kreider getting revenge on the season ending injury that was inflicted on him in the 2014 Eastern Conference Championship. The 2nd star went to Desharnais and the 1st star went to Carey Price.

Detroit Red Wings 10/17/2015

Hab's won 4-1, advancing the record to 6-0. Setting a new record. Price recorded 21 saves against the red wings. Gally's PPG tied the game in the 2nd period. Plecky and Flynn both got the final goals and gave the Hab's the win. 3rd star went to Price, 2nd to Chucky, and the 1st star went to Petry.

The Hab's earned 12 points in the standing and are undefeated going into the game against the Blues. And on top of that Price was named the 1st Star of the week for the entire league. We know that he'll be back in that spot a lot, and we hope that more Hab's make the list.

Week 1

This is a simple review fro the first three games of the 2015 Season. Hopefully I can eventually go to a posting before and after the Hab's play.

TORONTO 10/7/2015

What an amazing way to start a game, against the dreaded maple leafs. The boys played their hearts out and pulled out the victory that we knew they would win. Plus, Max proved that he's the right man to wear the C this season. Max got 2 goals, and Galchenyuk earned a goal as well. And Price finished with a.973% SV%.
The team won 3-1 along with Galchenyuk and Price taking the 3rd and 1st star respectfully.

BOSTON 10/10/2015

Lets get one thing straight, the bruins aren't the same team, lets be honest, that's the truth. With out Lucic out there, its lost the feel of it. Now that we got that out the way, HAB'S WIN 4-2. Lars Eller did well out there and came close to a hat trick, although he'd have to wait until their home to get his hats, I don't see any bruins giving him a hat.  Persistence is defined as "firm or obstinate continuance in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition." Well, David Desharnais proved that during the first PP of the game. He eventually got the pads around Rask and put the first point on the board. Lars Eller like I said got 2 points and Tomas Plekanec put himself within 1 point of breaking the 500 points mark.
3rd star went to Carey Price, 2nd went to Alex Galchenyuk and the 1st goes to Lars Eller.

OTTAWA 10/11/2015

Ah, Ottawa, Canada's Capital. History was made in this game. History, that we will see one more time this season by a Canadiens player. Plekanec earned his 500th goal. The only player who is gonna get 500 this season is Andrei Markov. Anyway, Pleky earned his 500th on a assist from The captain Pacioretty and Brendan Gallagher. [Although I might have mixed this up with the previous season, if so, please let me know I will fix it and you will get credit for finding my blooper].
To wrap this up so I can take notes for the penguins game, The Canadiens earned earned 2 stars this game, P.K. Subban and Tomas Plekanec took the 3rd and 4th stars, respectfully.

Zach Kassian

Why are we so quick to judge? As a society, we act before we get the answers. This might be my first blog post but still. Zach Kassian was involved in a wreck on the morning of October 4th,, 2015. Most of the news I've seen seen has been really negatively directed at him. And who are the people i see bashing him? The fans. All of the tweets from fans make him out as a villian. Does anyone know what happened? NO? Ok then please be quite. Why is it ok to attack him? And if you have a reason please let me know in the comment box. Should he have been out that night? No, but should us the fans who will shout "Go Habs Go" and will yell and scream when we hear "Zach Kassian passe et la but!!", be the ones to chastise and ridicule him. The answer is no, he is a Hab and we as fans respect all Habs. So again, why are we quick to judge? Beats me, all I know is I will continually support Zach until he is better and back on the ice.
